I truly believe home is where the heart is and if we can create and nurture happy stable home environments, then everyone will be happier at home and in their everyday lives, including schools and workplaces.
I support responsible landlords and letting agents who care about real people and their communities and wish to balance profit with purpose, removing any stress by setting things up right from the start.
I teach landlords and letting agents how to successfully curate the lettings experience to give all tenants a place they can truly call home.

By the age of 25, I had already lived in about 20 different homes. I distinctly remember one time when I was 9 years old and living in rented accommodation with my mum and sister and it just felt depressing. It was cold and not like home at all. I didn’t feel safe (even with my teddy and family around me). It didn't feel like our home and I don’t want that for others.
Finding tenants/landlords who really care IS possible and enabling those within the lettings space to learn about how to let their properties well and lead with purpose will change the game!
I want to help build communities that are based on respect and care because I know first-hand what it’s like to live in rented properties that don’t feel like home.

With over 25 years of experience in estate agency,
I know a thing or two about the property market.
I’m a bit of a rare find in the property world because I actually chose to become an estate agent as opposed to just falling
into it (it felt like the perfect fit due to my love of people and sales!).
For 10 years I worked for a range of corporate and independent agents before having my first daughter and deciding
it was time to set up my own estate agency business to readdress my work-life balance.
These experiences exposed me to all sides of the property world…and all of the broken parts of the system.
During this time, one thing became particularly apparent and that was the struggles within the property world,
especially when it came to lettings.
Between the government constantly changing the rules, landlords struggling to find reputable agents
and everyone just out for the money, the lettings space has become a hard and confusing space to enter into.
I want to change that.

I’ve always been a bit of a
homemaker…
My professional career experience has also left me equipped with the skills to support both those who are new
to the lettings space and those who haven’t had much luck in the space.
I’ve worked in solicitors' offices and learnt conveyancing as well as for financial advisors and property developers,
in addition to working for other estate agents before setting up my own business.
Now I'm on a mission to heal a broken industry, one home at a time, through positive experiences
that have a wider impact on the community.
