This bespoke programme offers 1:1 coaching specifically tailored to you and your property. It has been designed to give you expertise as well as saving you money in the long run.
I will work with you for up to 3 months prior to your tenant moving in, I’ll be there to help you get your property rental ready, work out what rental price you should charge, select a suitable tenant and much much more!
So whether you need help getting the property legally compliant or maybe prepare your inventory, you’ll have me by your side every step of the journey in real time, regardless of where you are in your journey.
Having prepared hundreds of tenancies in my career as a Letting Agent and supporting countless Landlords over the last 25 years I believe this to be plenty of time to get a property ready for move in day.
In addition, I’ll be there for you for a further 30 days once your tenants have moved in providing extra support in that crucial settling in period!
Once you’ve worked with me in this 1:1 programme you’ll be able to look back and repeat the process time and time again for each future tenancy.
HOW THIS WORKS
Up to 60 minute weekly calls.
These sessions will be recorded on Zoom and you will get lifetime access to the call, including the audio and the video.
I’ve made it simple to access, so you can listen or watch back at your convenience.
Daily Voxer support - you’ve got me in your pocket. (Mon - Fri) where I keep a check for messages throughout each day and we’ll continue our conversation to get you the support you need. 9 times out of 10 we’ll be able to thrash through anything there and then in real time.
Introduction to a highly reputable and recommended team of property professionals including a Tax Advisor, Financial Advisor and Wealth Manager.
